My client, a B2B engineering specialist, is seeking a Service Desk Administrator with the ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment and motivate a team to successfully fill all incoming quotations, while carrying out compliance and engineer scheduling procedures.
Due to the nature and demand of this role we do require candidates with at least one year’s experience working within a similar mobile engineering scheduler role, ideally with some geographical knowledge, scheduling diaries for multiple engineers, organizing repairs, managing available parts to site and dealing with sub-contractors.
You will be a versatile, adaptable candidate with experience of a similar role, and you will have a collaborative management style and the ability to empower your team through continuous up-skilling.
