What will the role involve?

• Matching and posting high volume purchase ledger invoices;
• Reconciling statements and preparing invoices for payment;
• Resolution of supplier queries;
• Month End accruals and prepayments;
• Posting journals and making adjustments;
• Credit card and petty cash reconciliations;
• Staff expenses.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of transactional finance, gained within a fast-paced environment; Highly accurate and able to remain calm under pressure; Month End experience; Happy in a full time office based role.
