Job Description
Autozone UK LTD are looking to hire a Sales Administrator to join our Barnsley showroom. As a Sales Administrator for Autozone UK LTD you will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure a 5* service is provided to all customers. As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for seeing all sales order documents from start to finish, whilst also ensuring all customer expectations are exceeded. You will prepare all relevant documentation to ensure an efficient and thorough handover, whilst thriving under pressure in the Sales Team. Sales Administrators will be organized, efficient and have a keen eye for detail with a proven track record. You will also have strict monthly deadlines, which we would love for you to exceed!
Your responsibilities will be:
Preparing all handover packs for sales, ensuring all relevant documentation is present whilst complying with GDPR regulations
Liaising with customers to arrange collection of vehicles
Invoicing delivered deals whilst liaising with Accounts
Tracking progress of unprepared sold units by conversing with the Workshop
Updating Excel spreadsheets in line with status
Promoting and tracking customer feedback and customer reviews to ensure maximum customer satisfaction with every vehicle
Assisting and conducting handovers of vehicles to customers, whilst thoroughly and effectively explaining our advanced warranty package along with vehicle recovery
Inspecting vehicle quality and cleanliness before handovers, ensuring all vehicles are prepared to the highest standards
Hours: 11am-7pm
Days: Friday to Tues. Your days off will be Wednesday and Thursday. Please only apply if this suits with your personal arrangements. Days may be negotiable to work Thursday to Monday, this will be discussed at interview stage.

Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Motor Industry: 2 years (Preferred)

Full UK Driving License (Preferred)
