Job Description

This position is an ideal introduction to the Digital Marketing industry, using in-house developed and industry leading software (full training provided) to conduct a range of duties, including competitor analysis, keyword optimization reports, accurate reporting on new and existing clients, all aspects of lead generations/sale conversations and much more.

Attention to detail over all aspects of this job is paramount, and the key to fulfilling your job successfully. This team is fundamental to the whole sales process across all divisions and relied on heavily by senior management therefore, accuracy is pivotal in this role.

You will also be responsible for ensuring high quality work and will liaise with both clients and our internal teams to understand and resolves issues to the client’s satisfaction.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Liaising with Internal teams to ensure our contract delivery services. Fulfilment of daily and monthly reporting requirements across the whole group. Building of purchase orders. Accurate tracking of individual’s sales performance. Lead recording and attribution. Supporting Sales with ad-hoc administrative tasks. Analyze and create bespoke digital proposals. Assist colleagues, clients and partners with general and project specific requirements. Dealing with any inbound enquiries. Keep up to date with new and existing technologies. Contribute to the continued growth of the business. Effectively communicate with staff located in all offices to help resolve any issues that arise. Working closely with senior management to ensure monthly KPI reports are delivered. Creating eye catching and creative monthly / yearly sales presentations.This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a new opportunity and a chance to work within the Digital Marketing industry.
