Our client is an excellent financial services organisation who are looking for a new HR Reporting & Payroll Administrator to hit the ground running.
HR Operations, Reporting & MI
Assist the HR Department in dealing with the day to day HR administration.
Updating data on the HR software system with new starter information, absences, information adjustments and leavers.
Manage the recruitment process from end to end; creating job specifications, advertising the vacancy on our desired recruitment platforms, screening CVs and conducting interviews.
Prepare and process the payroll for Aurora on a monthly basis.
Where needed, providing accurate and appropriate advice on a full range of HR policies and procedures to all staff e.g. Disciplinary/grievance issues, sickness absence, parental rights and ensuring that staff are managed consistently and fairly across the business.
Collate and submit statistics as and when required.
Monitor staff absence and when necessary, write to employees who have exceeded an unacceptable level of absences.
Providing management and senior stakeholders with business wide reports on adhoc, monthly and weekly basis.
Payroll
Liaising with third party payroll company to manage payroll data on a day to day basis.
Benefits & pensions processing with third party providers.
Prepare, check and submit payroll(s) as required, working with the outsourced Payroll provider to ensure information is correct.
Providing accurate appoints to the external benefits provider.
Maintaining compensation and benefits spreadsheets.
