Assisting with the day to day duties of course bookings, administration and to be the main bridge between the company and attendees. A summary of the details are included below:
Main Duties:
Processing course bookings and management of attendance of events
Sending out information pre and post events to participants
Cancellation/transfer processing
Co-ordination with the training centres - setting dates, room coordination, contacting attendees, snack and beverage requirements of attendees
Liaising with attendees regarding payment
Liaising with trainers and suppliers via telephone and email
Assisting on all fronts with events on the day
Cashing cheques at the bank
Creating certificates of attendance
Creating training material
Ensuring course assessment forms are updated accurately and fully
Designing of marketing provisions including e-shots and event outlines.
