The Sales support administrator will join a busy, target-driven department, you will be responsible for the customer’s transaction once the order from the customer has been received.
Your tasks will include:
Communicate via email and telephone to our clients and suppliers
Creating orders on our internal systems
Processing documentation to ensure compliance is met.
Managing internal and external post
Processing welcome packs.
Liaising with sales account manager to manager any customer updates and to make sure their calendars are up to date.
You will be working directly for our established sales team based in our Leeds and South offices, the role will be based in our modern Leeds city Centre office.
