Green Light Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Night Transport Administrator to work for our client at Leeds Container Base, LS10.
You will be working 9pm to 06.00am.
Duties Include
Answering inbound calls and dealing with queries.
Managing phone calls from customers & drivers.
Carry out all traffic office functions.
Deal with incoming / outgoing telephone calls politely and confidently.
Provide and maintain efficient and effective clerical support for the traffic office.
Working Monday – Friday 9pm to 06.00am.
This is a night shift role based in the office.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience working in a Transport Admin role or similar. Excel experience spreadsheets, Computer literate, in particular Word and Emails. Excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong IT skills - Outlook, Excel, Word. Confident, polite and professional telephone manner. Positive attitude. Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.
