Job Description

• Answering the telephone and dealing with all enquiries professionally using the correct telephone manner.
• High standard of customer care by supporting customers with knowledge of your products, efficient sales order and returns processing
• Professionally dealing with complaints

The Hours:

• 8am-5pm
• Monday-Friday
• 1 hour lunch per day

Competent with using computers Math's skills are preferred as you will be expected to calculate order prices quickly and accurately Previous administration or sales experience Professional telephone manner Friendly and able to work effectively in a team Efficiency within a time-sensitive environment
