Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Assistant role is a very varied position and would suit a candidate who has previous experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate must be confident liaising with all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Raise and input sales invoices
  • Resolving debtor queries
  • Maintain rate cards for clients
  • Raise client credit notes
  • Updating sales invoices - checking purchase order numbers
  • Ensure purchase orders have been obtained
  • Creating reports and schedules
  • Develop strong working relationships with the business
  • Assisting the wider Finance
  • Key skills
  • Confidence building strong working relationships
  • Experience raising sales invoices
  • Previous experience within Accounts Receivable
