You will be a key member of the Operations team collaborating with stakeholders at all levels across the business, both internally and externally.
To take day to day ownership for the office facilities contracts, process and procedures:
Manage the team to maintain the office financial systems and records, to include:
To develop and manage a timeline/roadmap for all office and H&S deliverables, setting out an annual timetable to help ensure the company meet their respective obligations in a controlled and timely manner.
To support the Head of Support Services in a range of projects, such as office layout planning and office moves taking on the day to day ownership and development of deliverables as and when required. Assist with maintaining IT infrastructure.
Drive effective office solutions, working with other business stakeholders to define appropriate solutions.
Develop and construct highly professional office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented and maintained appropriately through change and review cycles.
Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
