We now have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to join our Vehicle Finance & Insurance function, based at our Head Office in Wakefield.
The Role of Vehicle Finance & Insurance Administrator:
· Checking daily orders for errors and also optimizing deals, informing branches of amendments required or completed.
· Spot checking finance cases for correct commission calculations and proposals input regarding VAT split.
· Completing daily order take log then doing a monthly report using excel.
· Accurate manual data entry of all deals throughout the group on to Tracker system.
· Daily checks that Reef and Tracker match.
· Compiling of information from Tracker and Reef, production of weekly reports using spread sheets excel and word.
· Checking and setting up of products for deliveries.
· Communicating with staff at all levels and outside agencies finance companies and product representatives.
· Ensuring all relevant staff have completed FCA and SAF training on an annual basis.
· Organizing and completing product training with sales staff.
· Keeping up to date with FCA rules and implementing within the group.
· Assisting with FCA audits at all branches on a monthly basis.
Remuneration & Benefits:
* A salary of up to £16,000 - £18,000 per annum, dependent upon experience
