Job Description

Our client is a large independently owned internet-based retail business operating from bright and modern premises in Cleckheaton. They have been established for over a decade, growing steadily to become a market leader in their field and have clients based internationally. The offices easily accessible, being based close to the M62 junction.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Website Product Administrator to join this stable, lively team. The role will be interesting and varied and will require the successful applicant to be capable of thinking on their feet as the environment always busy. Main duties of the post include:

· Listing stock on the large e-commerce website.

· Collating relevant information, images, product specification prior to product launches.

· Collaborating with internal departments and manufacturers to create imagery, web copy, and information for the company website.

· Attention to detail. Ensuring the products and categories are correct when adding data.

· Uploading new products to Database/Website ensuring product information is correct and pricing up to date.

· Additional support across the business as required.

· Speaking with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure information is correct.

· Expected to work to productivity targets

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Good knowledge of Excel. · Creativity. · Exceptional attention to detail. · Process-driven and capable of multitasking and running more than one project at any one time. · Good time management skills. · The ability to work on own initiative. Math and English GCSE Grade 5+ (or equivalent).
