As one member of a small team the Administrator will be required to provide basic cover for more senior colleagues in their absence, which could include dealing with telephone enquiries from learners or prospective learners. All activity is undertaken within the context of pursuit of the highest quality of training, supervision and assessment, whilst also maximizing value for money.
The post holder has support from managers, colleagues and other stakeholders but is required to be well-organized and able to work with independence in terms of managing and prioritizing their day-to-day activities and the tasks that have been allocated to them.
The role is largely office-based and administrative in nature but also requires travel to local venues. Strong professionalism, interpersonal skills and a customer-orientated approach are essential owing to regular contact with trainees, delegates and other stakeholders. The post holder will also be a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to the team’s broader running, outputs and progression
