Liaise with hire companies regarding damage control and vehicle repairs
Liaise with suppliers and progress all works to ensure costs and VoR are kept to a minimum
To ensure all vehicles servicing is carried out as per manufactures specification
To ensure all vehicles comply with the annual MoT dates
Ensure all accident report forms are received and filed
General fleet administration
Liaising with Insurance Company / Brokers regarding incident damage and ongoing claims history
Process and raise deductions for all damages to vehicles

Strong administration background, preferably within Fleet. Well versed with Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask. Strong communicator. Available to start ASAP.
