Your role will include:
– Arranging travel and accommodation arrangements for field engineers and other staff members, including VISA applications, processing expenses and having main control of business vehicle allocations
– Liaising with accounts monthly job closures, creating and submitting invoices and further supporting documentation that may be required; scheduling and acknowledging receipt of third party invoicing (supplier and contractor)
– Liaising with all areas of the business and completing administration tasks which will support both the After Sales Service team and Spares, Repairs & Warranty team.
