Booking our engineers on Site visits, 1st Fixes, 2nd Fixes and additional visits
Diary management of the booking system
Ordering iMist products in a timely manner
Printing and organising daily projects with front sheets
Ensuring office team are aware of weekly bookings
Scanning in all sign off sheets and other documentation into job folder
Working alongside the Finance Administrator to confirm payments
Responsible for weekly/monthly reports
Performing van, uniform and tool checks
Feedback calls from clients
Booking of hotels for engineers
Monitoring tracker of site employees
Adhere to meet all targets
Managing timesheets and engineer overtime

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Have one year coordinating experience or in a similar role - High level of understanding of Microsoft Systems, especially Excel - Have excellent communication skills, especially a good telephone manner. - Great customer service experience - Driven by a fast paced job role - Thrives under pressure - General administration skills - Have previous experience using a CRM system or similar software
