The project is to predominantly capture audio from a diverse range of the organisation's previous workforce, and from users of their service. This lottery funded project is to preserve the heritage of the organisation and to be able to use this as a research piece in years to come.
The role will be reporting to the Head of Learning and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from start to finish.
You will have proven experience of delivering a complex project to be considered for this position and ideally have worked with grants around £100K. You will be able to manage a workforce of 50+ volunteers, communicating new ideas and services to diverse communities. You will bring with you an awareness and understanding of GDPR, data protection and confidentiality and the ability to implement processes and policies to ensure personal and data security.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders, members of the community and to develop a team of associates to the organisation. Relationship building is key and someone with a desire to work with people is a must.
Degree level or equivalent is desirable for this role, however, qualified by experience is as relevant.
