Job Description

Answer incoming calls and handling general administration duties

Take incoming sales enquiries over telephone, email and website

Liaise effectively internally ensuring all messages are passed on

Liaise with customers, internal operations team and external suppliers over delivery times and supplier prices

Assist with the international distribution partners (US, Australia, France)

Prepare quotes and entering orders

Assisting customers with their enquiries

Identify sales enquiries/leads to be passed to BD and Account Managers

Update all activity on the CRM / ERP System

Chasing up of quotes with customers and logging activity

Sending samples to customers

Provides timely resolutions to product queries

Build strong relationships with new and existing customers


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous customer support experience Experience of receiving a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment Managing an inbox with a high volume of emails, replying within strict time frames Administration/ sales support experience Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel Confident, positive and professional telephone manner Flexible approach to your work, ability to juggle demanding priorities Excellent time management skills Maintain a high standard of communication and professional approach
