Job Description

Duties:

  • Administration of customer orders.
  • Dealing with customer requests over the telephone and online.
  • Handling order sheets and writing daily orders for production.
  • Responding to customer queries via email.
  • Responding to customer requests via social media.

Future prospects can lead to Senior Office Administrator or Office Manager.

Things to consider -

  • Parking on street and good transport links
  • Holidays: 28 days pro rata

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
IT Literate. Basic Knowledge of Excel and Word. Social media literate. Good customer service. Good at standard math. Willingness to learn. Demonstrate a can-do attitude. Able to multitask. A-C in English GCSE or equivalent. A-C in Mathematics GCSE or equivalent.
