Duties:
Administration of customer orders.
Dealing with customer requests over the telephone and online.
Handling order sheets and writing daily orders for production.
Responding to customer queries via email.
Responding to customer requests via social media.
Future prospects can lead to Senior Office Administrator or Office Manager.

IT Literate. Basic Knowledge of Excel and Word. Social media literate. Good customer service. Good at standard math. Willingness to learn. Demonstrate a can-do attitude. Able to multitask. A-C in English GCSE or equivalent. A-C in Mathematics GCSE or equivalent.
