Your new role
As A Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager you will assist the manager with the management of the portfolio or OMBs, personal clients, sole traders and contractors. In this role you will delegate and review the work of junior staff, working with the juniors to develop their skill set, resolving any client queries and preparing the more complex accounts and tax work as and when necessary. You will operate in a client facing role and be a "go to" contact for your portfolio of clients. The firm utilise Xero and you will be responsible for Xero conversions and training clients with this software.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The firm are seeking an experienced general practice accountant who is ideally ACA or ACCA qualified however anyone with relevant practice experience will be considered. You must be competent in preparing and submitting accounts in accordance with FRS102 to a good standard and be comfortable liaising with clients via phone, email and face to face.
