Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The role is designed to give you the experience required for you to step to manager level in the next 2 - 3 years. There is opportunity to fast track your career and you will be encouraged / supported to progress through fully funded qualification (ACCA / ACA). You will need to have gained experience within a firm of accountants and ideally have varied exposure to producing accounts for small limited companies, partnerships and sole traders. You will be a confident communicator who enjoys working in a vibrant but focused team. You will need a good foundation of core IT skills. You will have either completed AAT or an accounting degree.
