Producing monthly management accounts pack for senior stakeholders
Assisting in producing audit reports
Supporting with the production of statutory accounts
Full ownership of purchase ledger function, ensuring all purchase orders are processed timely
Monitoring expenditure against budgets including across funding streams
Producing monthly finance reports for the Finance Director
Completing VAT returns and month/year end journals
Maintaining cash flow forecast, cash register and banking any income generated
Maintaining fixed assets
Processing all BACS and cheque payments ensuring all authorised off by correct parties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 2 years finance experience, dealing with month end management accounts It is essential you have started completed exams as part of your CIMA or ACCA studies You must have a good knowledge of accounts & purchase ledger, lots of training provided for producing the management accounts Good attention to detail and forward thinking attitude with a desire to learn Want to progress and learn and study
