This is a Permanent role offering both 35- & 37-hour contracts. The Department is open between 7am-11pm Monday-Sunday, the choice of fixed shifts is dependent on availability. We require candidates who are flexible and prepared to work between these hours.
What you’ll be doing:
Assisting banking customers with their general enquiries
Helping customers set up direct debits, standing orders & international money transfers
Dealing with all requests on a first touch basis
Communicating clear with customers over the phone
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A passion for helping people along with relevant experience in face-to-face or call Centre-based customer service. Excellent verbal, communication & listening skills. Numeracy and computer literate (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel). Customer focused when dealing with a range of people, including vulnerable customers. Have excellent attention to detail. Be highly organized and able to manage own workload to meet stretching personal and team targets.
