Job Description

This Fund Accountant position is for one of Europe's largest Asset Management firms based in the City of London. Managing over £50 billion in assets for their clients with a diverse investment team, this is a brilliant opportunity for a finance professional to grow their career.
There is a lot of scope for development within this role and your primary responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:

• Reporting to the CFO
• Fund financial reporting
• Reviewing P&L, balance sheet, cash flow prepared by the fund administrators
• Cash and liquidity monitoring
• Participating in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
• Managing the external auditors and administrators
• Ensure that accurate and timely reporting from Fund Accounting is provided to both internal and external recipients
• Prepare regulatory reporting submissions as well as other bespoke reporting for investors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist Minimum 1 year post qualifying experience Preferably a 2:1 or better in accounting, finance, maths or other numbers-driven university degree 2:1 or 1:1 from a Redbrick / Russell Group University Private Equity / Financial Services / Asset Management background
