The organisation offers a broad range of integrated services, including facilities, transaction and project management; property management; investment management; appraisal and valuation; property leasing; strategic consulting; property sales; mortgage services and development services.

Due to their size and ever-growing nature of the finance team they are looking to recruit for an Overhead Accountant. The role is perfectly suited to somebody making their first move out of practice as it is a broad, varied position. The role will entail working with the Management Accountants in the preparation of the monthly accounts and schedules for the monthly Management accounts. You will also assist in the preparation of the annual bottom up Plan and monitoring the forecast through the year. From a technical point of view, you will also get the essential experience you need as you will assist the Statutory Accountant with Annual Statutory Reporting when required as well as help with interim and annual audits.
