Job Description

This Management Accountant position is within the real estate investment sector based in the City of London.
There is a lot of scope for development within this role and your primary responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:

• Reporting into the Financial Director / Financial Controller
• Producing full sets of consolidated management accounts including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow
• Monitoring of ledgers and tenant arrears
• Ensure groups' compliance with all debt covenants and reporting requirements
• Review of VAT returns
• Assist with the preparation of annual statutory financial statements and the year-end audit process
• Supporting the Finance Manager and Finance Director in updating forecast models
• Developing and improving the current accounting system
• Ad-hoc project work and general administration when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Prior experience working within financial services (desirable) ACA / ACCA / CIMA part-qualified, newly qualified or finalist Proven track record of working effectively within a team to achieve collective business objectives Strong communication skills are essential for this position
