Recruiting for a FX Brokerage firm based within the city of London this Newly Qualified Financial Accountant (ACA) role requires you to perform the company's end-to-end finance operational processes and maintain accurate and complete accounting records, including balance sheet recs. You will work closely with key stakeholders within finance, operations and the wider corporate functions to provide insightful financial information.
As the Financial Accountant your responsibilities will include:
Review and consolidation of year end Group reporting packs and group consolidation / elimination journals
Preparation of Annual Group Consolidated Accounts in accordance with IFRS, including Notes to the Accounts and supporting files
Maintain the revenue recognition process for all revenue streams across the group on a monthly basis
Performing the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reconciliation across the group
Preparation and analysis of cash flow statements.
Preparation and analysis of working capital.
Analysis and reconciliation of the Group's interest costs; and monitoring interest, swap and loan payments.
Financial reporting under various operating and finance leases
Preparation of UK holding company subsidiary accounts in accordance with FRS 101
Liaising with external auditors
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This newly qualified financial accountancy role at the FX Brokerage in the City of London requires someone with an ACA qualification from practice, someone who prides themselves on their exceptional communication skills and is ambitious and outgoing. You will also possess a 2:1 or above from a top university. You will be organised, conscientious and trustworthy as a huge part of this role is stakeholder management and building strong relationships.
