We have an opportunity for you to join our Financial Advice function as a Customer Retention Consultant. In this telephone-based role, you’ll deliver a great service to our customers whilst also gaining feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Main Responsibilities
You’ll deal with a range of calls which include relationship building to make sure customers are happy with the service we are providing them, through to service calls and general customer queries around our Financial Advice proposition.
You’ll also produce relevant Management Information to help support decisions which we make to improve our service, whilst also finding out what’s working well for our customers.
