Job Description

We have an opportunity for you to join our Financial Advice function as a Customer Retention Consultant. In this telephone-based role, you’ll deliver a great service to our customers whilst also gaining feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Main Responsibilities

You’ll deal with a range of calls which include relationship building to make sure customers are happy with the service we are providing them, through to service calls and general customer queries around our Financial Advice proposition.
You’ll also produce relevant Management Information to help support decisions which we make to improve our service, whilst also finding out what’s working well for our customers.

The key competencies for this role are:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Organization skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to and understand changes in the Financial Services market.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re looking for someone whose customer focused with the ability to communicate in a clear and effective way to both customers and colleagues. This is a fast-paced role dealing with a range of calls, so you’ll enjoy being in a busy environment and adapting to varying customer queries.
