Job Description

As Customer Service Advisor, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing a first line support to any customers, suppliers and internal staff members
  • Be confident handling calls (prior experience is essential)
  • Strong literacy and grammar skills for communicating with customers via email and chat
  • Processing customers requirements on the internal software systems
  • Build a rapport with customers and provide them with knowledge of the services and products on offer
  • Hitting your personal KPI's such as answering all calls within a specific timeframe
