Job Description
As Customer Service Advisor, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and will be responsible for the following:
- Providing a first line support to any customers, suppliers and internal staff members
- Be confident handling calls (prior experience is essential)
- Strong literacy and grammar skills for communicating with customers via email and chat
- Processing customers requirements on the internal software systems
- Build a rapport with customers and provide them with knowledge of the services and products on offer
- Hitting your personal KPI's such as answering all calls within a specific timeframe
