Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a recent Graduate, qualified AAT or working their way towards CIMA/ACCA, with a strong understanding of management accounting and excellent communication/business partnering skills, with the confidence to liaise with individuals at varying levels.

Duties of the (Assistant) Finance Business Partner will include (but are not limited to):

*Monthly management accounts preparation
*Assisting in year-end audit
*Providing a wide range of reporting to support understanding of business performance
*Provide pre and post calculations / analysis to aid in business decisions
*Accountable for all product costings
*Keep the company systems up to date with product updates, new product launches, costs etc.
*Project involvement with company-wide process changes and improvements
*Forecasting for the Group
*Ad-hoc project work and analysis
*Build strong working relationships between Finance and the wider business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

*Previous experience within a similar role *Experience working within manufacturing/factory (desirable) *Strong Excel skills - pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc. *Part Qualified - CIMA/ACCA (desirable) *Excellent time management skills *Confident communicator - ability to build strong working relationships *Strong level of attention to detail *Comfortable working independently or as a team
