Job Description

Your new role
Working from home in a full-time role, reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for processing the monthly payroll and supporting with accounts to trial balance, month end routines and accruals & prepayments.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have current and extensive payroll experience as well as a thorough grasp of double entry bookkeeping, accruals & prepayments and month end routines. Experience of Quickbooks would be advantageous but not essential. You will likely be either part or qualified AAT and have the rigour and discipline to work at home whilst completing your work. You will have an excellent attention to detail and be confident in processing complex intercompany account reconciliations. You will be outgoing and have strong communication skills as the need to business partner with offices and train new starters on payroll administration will form part of your role.
