Your new role
This is great role for a Graduate or AT studier who is looking for their next step on the career ladder.
Duties will include:
a) Assistant Management Accountant:
Purchasing: Raise and receipt purchase orders, Process GRNI reports and associated query resolution
Invoicing: Process parked / blocked invoice reports and associated query resolution,
Reconcilliation: Reconcilliation of general ledger reports to monthly billing pack.
Reporting: Support with preparation of weekly finance flash report & monthly billing pack, Ensure consistency and compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
b) Finance Analyst:
Source & consolidate supplier management information and produce meaningful reports and analyse
Validation and reconcilliation of supplier management information to invoices received to confirm accuracy and validity of billing.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to work with complex formulas and manipulate large amounts of data - including IF's, VLOOKUP's, Pivot tables etc. Attention to detail, Good communication skills (both written and verbal), building partner confidence through regular and clear dialogue. The ability to meet the challenge of changing requirements and evolving nature of the business with a continuous improvement mindset QBE and/or Part Qualified AAT, CIMA/ACCA or other professional qualification desirable.
