As a Debt Advisor in our Client Support team you’ll be taking inbound calls in a busy contact Centre environment. You’ll be helping clients to manage their existing debt solution with annual reviews and change in circumstance reviews, giving general debt advice and providing support and advice when payments can’t be made, you will also be dealing with plan closures. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced financial environment where you will be making a real difference to the lives of people experiencing problem debt.

Salary Grade B - £20,155 with increases to £20,800 after six months and £22,800 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory development and performance.
