Lead, manage and develop the customer service team, providing them with regular training, development and 1-2-1's
Take ownership of the customer service function handling all day to day activities
Implement and drive performance across the team, taking corrective action to highlight under performance
Work with senior directors to understand wider business objectives to help understand how you can best support this through customer service
Implement procedures within the department with a view to improve the customer journey and operational effectiveness, undertaking regular reviews and making amendments where required
Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to delivery and aftersales
Ensure order processing remains accurate and in line with agreed SLA's
Take ownership of any escalated customer issues

The role offers a salary of up to £40,000 dependent on experience with free parking available
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08-30 to 17-0
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience within a similar role. Strong people management experience. Background in running a customer service function. Process improvements / continuous improvement experience. Excellent stakeholder management experience. Strong communicator.
