Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include;

  • Lead, manage and develop the customer service team, providing them with regular training, development and 1-2-1's
  • Take ownership of the customer service function handling all day to day activities
  • Implement and drive performance across the team, taking corrective action to highlight under performance
  • Work with senior directors to understand wider business objectives to help understand how you can best support this through customer service
  • Implement procedures within the department with a view to improve the customer journey and operational effectiveness, undertaking regular reviews and making amendments where required
  • Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to delivery and aftersales
  • Ensure order processing remains accurate and in line with agreed SLA's
  • Take ownership of any escalated customer issues

The role offers a salary of up to £40,000 dependent on experience with free parking available

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08-30 to 17-0


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience within a similar role. Strong people management experience. Background in running a customer service function. Process improvements / continuous improvement experience. Excellent stakeholder management experience. Strong communicator.
