Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager you will be responsible for answering the incoming telephone calls from customers across the Yorkshire region.

The service we deliver to the customer has a strong focus on providing a professional, high quality of service. This is driven by targets with emphasis on dealing with customer enquiries quickly and accurately and ensuring we provide a service tailored to the customer. It's a fast moving and challenging environment and the level of service we provide is governed by our regulator OFWAT.

You will use your skills in influencing and negotiation to agree realistic payment plans. Identify the best call resolution for both the customer and Yorkshire Water. Reviewing the customer collection process by manual monitoring accounts.

Total working hours are 37.5 per week full time, the next start date we are recruiting for is the 13th January 2020.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re looking for individuals who are great communicators with the ability to build rapport with customers. Calls are varied so you’ll need excellent listening skills to understand customer queries to enable a right first time resolution Numeracy, IT skills and a good standard of spelling and grammar You will be someone that’s passionate about delivering a great customer service and exceeding customer expectations and have experience of dealing with customers face to face or over the telephone
