These are full time roles, working 35 hours a week between the hours of 08 and 18, Monday to Friday. These roles are based in our Wakefield WF1 2UN offices
As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll work closely with colleagues in your team, and will be passionate and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience with each and every interaction. You’ll need to be able to work flexibly and take every opportunity to “wow” our customers, by meeting – if not exceeding – service standards. Making sure that you maintain the high standards that drive our brand, you’ll share your knowledge and understanding, and manage yourself against agreed service standards. You must be comfortable taking responsibility for resolving customer queries, using different IT systems to help you achieve this.
