This role is currently home based due to COVID-19, however in the future the role may include a mixture of office based and home based working.

Main duties and responsibilities

This role involves making high volume outbound calls to speak to our customers ensuring they received the help they needed. You will be a master at object handling and be able to resolve any queries or concerns whilst constantly looking for any opportunities to cross and up sell.

We need somebody that can think on their feet to ensure that every customer goes away remembering the high-quality service that Lead Tech provides.

Outside of outbound calls, there may be some tasks to support the sales teams, so high attention to detail is a must. We’re team players at Lead Tech, so you can expect to join a lively and welcoming team from day one


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
For this role we are looking for someone who has experience in outbound sales/customer service. You’ll naturally be engaging when speaking to customers and have impeccable communication skills. We want somebody who is dynamic – somebody who is used to working in a fast-paced environment will fit right in. We will develop your skillset, and we will give you all the tools to develop your skills at Lead Tech. Ideally you will have some exposure to financial services products, however, we are more interested in your sales ability and professional attitude.
