As a Customer Service Associate working in our Early Intervention team, you’ll support clients who have been financially impacted by Covid-19. You’ll be providing support via telephone, email and webchat in order to ensure that all queries are resolved promptly and accurately. This is an excellent way to start your career with the charity during a period of growth.
