Job Description

You will provide professional administrative support to our increasing portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate academic programmes across all day-to-day activities, taking a pro-active approach to supporting teaching and learning activities. Acting as a point of contact for staff and students, you will contribute to the excellent customer service provided by the course administration team.

The Registry team are currently working mainly remotely with a rota system in place to provide weekly cover for essential on-site activities by those staff who are able to do so.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Applicants must be educated to A Level standard (or equivalent), with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and extensive administrative experience, including in the use of computerised information systems. Experience of working as an administrator in a higher education environment is desirable. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential in order to manage the varied workload the post demands.
