Job Description

You will provide dedicated support to a small number of our vet practices. Acting as an extension of the practice teams, you will be responsible for providing first line telephone support to clients and their pets, such as booking appointments and consultations, taking important client and patient information and connecting callers with the relevant practice team members where appropriate (for calls such as patient updates and results).

Company provide support to our practices between Monday to Saturday and you will help provide this support, working on a rota basis. Alongside this, some infrequent and flexible night work may be available to you in the future.
