Job Description

The role is temporary with potential to go permanent, salary £9-11 per hour dependant on experience. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm with some overtime available.

• First line support for incoming customer enquiries
• Processing of orders and returns
• Supporting customers via telephone, email and online chat service
• Checking stock options and offering alternatives

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous experience in a customer service role. Available for an immediate start. Committed to complete the contract until February 2021. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
