The role is temporary with potential to go permanent, salary £9-11 per hour dependant on experience. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm with some overtime available.
First line support for incoming customer enquiries
Processing of orders and returns
Supporting customers via telephone, email and online chat service
Checking stock options and offering alternatives
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in a customer service role. Available for an immediate start. Committed to complete the contract until February 2021. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
