Job Description

Your role will involve responding to customer queries via email and phone, ensuring that the query is passed to the relevant department to resolve. You’ll typically respond to around 45 queries per day and speak to around 20 customers on the phone each day.

This is a full-time role based in Ripon and we offer a competitive salary and benefits.

UK Bathrooms are one of the UKs largest premium branded e-commerce bathroom retailers, based in Ripon. Following a highly successful year, we are looking to recruit Customer Care Advisors to continue providing excellent customer service to our customers.

We have clear expansion goals, and this role is instrumental in ensuring that we can achieve these goals, in the safe knowledge that our customers are getting the best possible experience.

  • 8 hour shift

Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognized and maintained
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re looking for someone who has worked in a similar role previously, with meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. The role requires you to have good MS Office skills and confidence around using internal systems. You’ll naturally thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment, whilst enjoying a very sociable office with lighthearted banter a plenty
