Due to continuous growth, Robert Half are currently recruiting for a Finance and Contract Support Manager for a multi-national Commercial Real Estate Services and Investment firm, based in the City of London, SE1. The role has come about due to a huge contract win. The business is currently experiencing significant growth, 20% YoY on growth to be precise, and will therefore be large scope to develop and move up within the business. You will be working on the largest contract within the organisation and will report directly into the EMEA Client Finance Director. As part of your responsibilities you will; Prepare annual Business Unit plans in conjunction with the BU director and contract manager, prepare accurate Business Unit reports in line with company timetable including full Profit & Loss account with analysis and commentary, Balance Sheet extracts and reconciliations, and detailed Project Profitability reporting. You will fully comprehend the financial and commercial detail of contracts to ensure optimal performance and risk management and also provide financial and contract support leadership and direction in the Business Unit.
