Job Description

You will monitor existing jobs and interact with our agent network to ensure our customer is kept updated at regular intervals during their claim. But ours isn’t an average call centre. So instead of being heavily target-based, success here is measured on the experience you offer customers and how you make them feel. It can be fast paced – but we’ll ensure you’re up to speed with our products and industry leading approach, so you’re empowered to resolve every call in the best way possible.

Hours

We’re open for our customers 24/7; however your shifts will range between 7am and 11pm.

Our working hours reflect that:

  • Your shifts will vary on a weekly basis to cover these hours. Typical shifts are 7am – 3pm or 1pm – 9pm.
  • You will be working 37.5 hours a week, on an 8 week rolling rota basis. Over the 8 weeks, you’ll normally be required to work 2 in every 4 weekends.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Share our passion for providing stand-out customer service (if you’ve previous experience, even better). Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally, with good attention to detail.
