Together with our competent persons scheme CompetentRoofer Limited, NFRC actively ensures that all members offer high standards of workmanship and sound business practice through a strict code of practice and vetting procedure, including site inspections and adhering to the Government endorsed standards. The Federation also offers training services, technical advice, and represents member interests to the wider construction industry and Government.

Working closely with the Group Head of Finance, you will support the efficient management and processing of accounting transactions, ensuring that all accountancy records are accurate.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will have a relevant professional qualification in finance/accounting or extensive qualification through experience. You will possess a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, along with excellent mathematical skills and accuracy. You will have a good understanding of data privacy standards, ensuring that GDPR is adhered to at all times. Additionally, you will have exceptional attention to detail and pride yourself on your customer service and communication skills. Experience of working with accounting software, specifically Xero and also CRM systems, specifically Capsule, are essential.
