Job Description

Company is a key supplier to both Consumer and Business customers delivering fiber based services, and we are therefore looking to invest in the right candidates to help maximize our growth ambitions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of working in a busy office-based environment, providing top tier clerical support, ideally within a transactional, customer service or call Centre environment. PC literacy – good working knowledge of MS Office packages, with an ability to learn new systems and tools effectively. The ability to put together information using a range of data from multiple systems. Proven experience of communicating confidently, clearly and effectively across a wide range of audiences, both internally and externally. Able to manage a varied work load and priorities well.
