Managing month end processes and management accounts for growing division
Ownership of weekly P&L reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Complete ownership of balance sheet reconciliations
Implementing and maintaining key financial controls
Working closely with the Finance Managers and wider finance team to drive improvements
Delivering accurate financial reporting to the business and also external stakeholders
Taking ownership of financial reporting and controls for the division
Managing an Assistant Accountant to ensure data is provided accurately and timely to Managers
The ability to spot process/system improvements and act on them quickly
Assisting with any ad-hoc internal projects within the newly growing department
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
ACA/CIMA/ACCA part qualified or qualified Strong Excel skills including vlookups, pivots and sumifs essential Strong reporting and P&L experience Adaptable to new process changes and able to spot required process improvements Strong communication and confident in your ability
