Job Description

Reporting directly to the GFC, your responsibilities will include:

 

Preparation of financial statements

Prepare and review monthly results including posting EOM journals (Prepayments, Accruals, Payroll, revenue and expenses).

Assist the GFC in process development and implementation.

Tax

Preparation and review of monthly General Ledger reconciliations

Monthly Management Reporting.

Audit

Preparation of quarterly Business Activity Statements.

Preparation of intercompany loan and trade creditor reconciliations.

Review bank reconciliations (Including Trust Accounts) for entities.

Annual budgeting, forecasting and planning.

Mentoring and supervision of an Assistant Accountant.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Current ACA Qualification Sound technical working knowledge of financial and management reporting, tax and other regulatory compliance. Strong systems skills Financial Analytical capabilities. Demonstrated management & supervision of direct reports. About you You are a newly qualified ACA Accountant with ideally one year in industry and immediately available. Alternatively, you may looking at your first move into industry.
