Job Description

• Critical group cash flow management and managing accounts payable/receivable processes
• Prepare balance sheet analysis and aged debtor analysis
• Manage payroll process
• Quarterly reporting, including:
  • Prepare quarterly and half yearly FCA returns
  • Prepare quarterly VAT returns
• Monthly reporting, including:
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
  • Prepare monthly reports on expenditure to date vs budget and forecast expenditure for year
• Assist with management of global statutory filing and reporting deadlines, ensuring deadlines are known and communicated

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Accounting qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA,CIMA) Preferably a 2:1 degree or higher and/or a strong academic background Strong Excel skills, strong IT systems skills, good knowledge of Quickbooks desktop Ambitious candidate with good initiative Flexible approach to working
